Breaking Out #2

Yeah, yeah, I know. It's been three months since I posted anything. Get over it. I've been busy with the rest of my life.

And sales of Taking Flight have fallen off after the first mad flurry of friends, family, and fellow writer purchases. Actually, it's fallen over on its face.

Still, I remain convinced my story is worth the price of admission, and it's just finding an audience that stands in the way of better sales numbers.

Mainly, though, the dollars-and-cents of publishing is unimportant to me. Being read, however, is very important, all that really matters. Something along the lines of "if a tree falls in the forest and no one hears it, did it really happen?"

Well, my novels happen, and even though I've reached only a small audience so far, I remain convinced this will change, given some time.

To be fair, I've been away for the summer and, as I already admitted, busy with other things. I've written little and spent no time at all promoting my book. Neither has my publisher from Pink Fish Press, Renda Olivia Belle.

That's about to change. Each of us has worked through his or her summer of "other stuff," and we are ready to get back to work.

First up is a three-day Amazon promotion that begins today. With luck, hundreds of free copies will fly out digitally across country to spark fires of interest.

Now I'd love to see some really big bonfires, but when you're trying to heat things up, it's the multitude that counts, not the magnitude.

So, what are you waiting for? No waiting in line! Go download a copy.

Just click........ here.

This is a very spell bound novel. Only at the end of the book do you really know how their worlds will end up after fate had made their worlds collide so long ago.

Can't wait for the next adventure you will carry me on. TgB
